Refill Kit Instructions
Microwave for 1 minute, stir gently, then microwave for 1 more minute and stir again. If the wax is still not melted, microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the wax is at least 75% melted. At 75% the residual heat will melt the remaining wax. If the wax becomes too hot the scent will be compromised. You want to melt the wax slowly and gently. Once Melted Poor Slow in Container. Make sure your jar is clean and dry before adhering the wick to the bottom of your jar. If you have some handy, hot glue will sometimes stick better.

Please remove all items from the container before microwaving. The kit comes with an bag that contains everything you need to make your candle—pull that out before microwaving!
Allow your candle to sit for at least 48 hours before burning for the first time, but 72 hours is actually ideal.

The first time you light your candle, allow it to burn long enough that the melted wax pool extends across the entire top surface. This goes for all candles, not just refills! If candles don’t get this first “good burn” they can tunnel, or refuse to stay lit. This simple step should ensure that your candle behaves well. Trim your wick to 1/4 inch from wax .
